Molly has been taking ice skating lessons for two weeks now. For the most part, the kids get on the ice...fall down, and it's time to get off the ice. It takes longer to get her dressed and skates on, than the lesson.

(If you notice she is wearing the same thing from the last week...you are right. this is our "skating outfit". The pants are perfect since they are lined in fleece and are nylon on the outside. Perfect for all the time spent on the ice.)
Molly met a new friend at her lesson. By the end of the half-hour, they were BEST FRIENDS!! They never let go of each other the entire lesson.
We took Molly to the rink on Monday (where the Pirates play), and we had Molly pushing a chair. Molly was actually doing quite well.
Molly can get around on her own...a little more walking than gliding...but she is staying up. This is her third year on skates, but the last two were on double blades.
We had Finn in the hiking backpack. He was taking it all in. There were other kids on the ice playing hockey at the opposite end of the rink. He was watching them.
